Job Description

As a Counselor, you are essential and become the heart of our team. You will be consulting and counseling prospective clients (students who would like to study abroad for high school, college, Bachelors degree, Masters degree or even PhD degree) on different programs offered by top schools and universities in various countries all around the world.

Besides consulting clients, you will also be in close contact with representatives of our selected school and university partners. You will use your subject matter expertise as a selling point in providing support as an Education Consultant/Counselor. Since we mostly engage in partnerships with top quality schools and universities, you may not have to struggle in finding “what to sell” in the products in order to attract prospective students and clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide a wide array of information and consultation to prospective students and clients regarding overseas study programs and services offered in our selected school and university partners (i.e., courses, scholarships, visa admission, social life, transportation, accommodation, requirements, and other administrative documentation).
• Assist in fulfilling the customers’ needs and providing creative solutions by preparing capability assessment based on proper research.
• Communicate with representatives of business partners with regard to follow up on students and clients data, progress, and other queries.
• Involve in promotions, sales, campaign, and marketing activities such as education and high school exhibitions and expos, and also in several social media handles.
• Maintain and achieve number of leads, submit reports, and partake in organization training and assessment activities.
• Job Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English (having IELTS/TOEFL/accredited English certifications is a plus)
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (overseas graduate is a plus). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Dynamic with excellent communication, time management, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Strong work ethic (i.e., responsible, diligent, and detail-oriented) and capable of working under pressure
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Prior experience in the education, sales and marketing, or similar industry is a plus (travel, VISA, Embassy, agency)
