Job Description

 As a Business Development, you are in charge to lead our business expansion efforts in the education consulting industry through results-driven and strategic thinking means as well as to make our online and offline marketing efforts effective for a broader audience reach. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for our education consulting agency. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization and expanding our reach to new markets. 

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets.
• Identify potential markets, niches, and segments for expansion, and assess the competitive landscape to gain a competitive advantage.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Proactively identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities, including educational institutions, schools, parents, and students.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, key decision-makers, and industry influencers to promote our services.
• Explore and establish strategic partnerships with other organizations to expand our service offerings and enhance brand visibility.
• Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation in our services
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Dynamic with excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and create effective business plans.
• Strong work ethic (i.e., responsible, diligent, and detail-oriented) and capable of working under pressure
• Great written and verbal communication in English (having IELTS/TOEFL/accredited English certifications is a plus although not required)
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)/CRM systems
• Prior experience in the education, admission, sales and marketing, business development, or similar industry is a plus
